Can the target phone hear me when I make a spy call?

No.

If the target user touches the target phone (unlock screen to use), the Auto Answer call will be stopped immediately. But be careful. You should mute your phone.

NOTES: Since 2014, we disabled this feature (Auto Answer feature) because it is illegal in some countries/regions.
